Fall City-Remlinger Farms Dessert Run

Enjoy some beautiful rural scenery on this Steady pace ride from Fall City to Carnation.  We will start and finish at Fall City Community Park, located at the corner of Neal Rd SE and Fall City-Carnation Rd SE (WA 203) in Fall City.  The route takes us through some of the most scenic farmland on the Eastside, along the Snoqualmie River Valley with views of the Cascades and Mt. Rainier.  Along the way we will make a short side trip to Tolt-McDonald Park and walk our bikes over a historic 500-foot suspension bridge.  Then we'll ride through the woods up the Tolt River before turning back for ice cream and pie at the Remlinger Farms country store.  Bring money for your purchases. 

Riders should bring a spare tube and the know-how to fix a flat.  The cue sheet, map and route profile are shown on the link below.  We roll at 10:30 am, so please arrive no later than 10:15 am to prep your bike and hear the safety/route briefing.

Directions to the start:  From Seattle, take I-90 to Exit 22 (Preston).  Turn left at the top of the ramp, then right at the next intersection.  Continue down Preston-Fall City Rd to Fall City.  Bear right at the T in Fall City to cross the Snoqualmie River.  Go around the traffic circle onto northbound SR 203 toward Carnation and Duvall.  Make an immediate left into the parking lot at Fall City Community Park.  There is a Port-o-Potty at the playing field near the start and bathrooms at Remlinger Farms.

Ride Registration:  To make things go quicker at the start, you can register for the ride in advance by signing into your Cascade account, or by first creating one, and then clicking on the "Register" button at the top of this page.

Cancellation:  Showers or more severe weather will cancel the ride.  Ride cancellation will be announced in the comments section at least two hours before start time and the ride leader will not be at the start.
