Event has already happened.
Looking to get back on your bike again or have a new one and not comfortable with street riding? Enjoy some nice fall weather and your bike on a small group ride.
This will be a pleasant trip through residential and Old Town Anacortes, then on the Tommy Thompson Trail across Fidalgo Bay and back.
No stops for restrooms are planned, but there are facilities in town.
Be prepared for flat tire repair with appropriate equipment. Usually not a problem, but the trail across the Bay can have clam shell shards from the sea gulls dropping their lunches.
Weather cancellations will be posted in the comments section two hours before, and I will monitor my phone in case the weather is 'iffy'. If canceled, ride leader will not be at the start.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
