Please note GPS may mislead you using just the address. Parking lot is at the corner of 13th St and G Ave (driving west, turn left onto G Ave from 12th St/Hwy20 Spur and two blocks later you drive right into the parking lot) - please call if you need directions.

Will ride through the town to the Tommy Thompson Parkway (a paved trail) that crosses Fidalgo Bay. Then will loop around the peninsula on Marchs Point Road, returning via TT Parkway.

Restrooms are located at the start. If group desires we can stop for refreshments in town on our way back.

Will monitor my phone if the weather is questionable. Will cancel two hours prior if raining.

Please be aware of clam shards on the portion crossing Fidalgo Bay, thanks to seagull drops. Request riders are able, and have the equipment, to change any flats!

Pavement is good except for a couple miles of chipseal on the eastern side of Marchs Point Road.

Note: For rides with a “hilly” terrain classification, consider choosing a pace one step down from your usual comfort level.

What Terrain Means

Terrain indicates the most common or average terrain type of the ride and should be considered relative to the length and overall difficulty of the ride. For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain. Consider the pace and frequency of regroup as well to understand how advanced a ride may be.

  • Mostly flat: Trails and/or mostly flat roads with a possible gentle uphill
  • Rolling: Climbs are short and easy, not too numerous
  • Some hills: A few short, steep hills, some moderate upgrades and/or longer gentle climbs
