Ride with Senior Ladies On Wheels (SLOW) to admire P-Patches and community gardens in Central and South Seattle. ALL RIDERS WELCOME, old, young, male, female and everything in between. There are several gentle climbs along this route, but don't worry - if you want to get off and walk, we'll walk with you! Starting at the Northwest African American Museum on the I-90 lid, we will follow the I-90 trail, neighborhood Greenways and other low-traffic streets. Along the way we'll choose a spot to stop for treats or lunch. On these rides the slowest rider sets the pace - don't worry, we won't hurry! Rain won't cancel - but may lead to a shorter ride.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
