Come join me for a trail ride into Seattle and visit the Ballard Locks. We will be riding mostly on Burke Gillman Trail towards the Ballard Locks. We will be walking our bikes through the locks and check out what's going on. After a brief visit at the locks we will continue towards Fisherman's Terminal on our way back to Fremont and then Gasworks Park. From there it's a flat cruise back on Burke Gilman to Log Boom Park. This will be an out and back route with very minimal hills. Rest stops will include Gas Works Park and Ballard Locks and Fisherman's Terminal.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
