FRIDAY RIDERS: Roads and Trails - Backroads of Bothell
Event has already happened.
No need to pre-register for this ride. Just show up with pumped-up tires about 15 minutes early.
This is a recreational ride with some road riding, and a stretch of possible auto traffic. Some short upgrades. We will wander around the area behind the University of WA Bothell campus and investigate recently paved paths. There will be a stop for lunch or snacks.
Some mapping systems insist on calling Log Boom Park a location in "Seattle", but it is just off Hwy 522 in Kenmore.
If it looks like showers or rain on the radar on the weather map, the leader will be at the start and make the decision at that time. Please look at the radar map on the morning of to see if the deluge is coming, so as to not cycle in the rain. If you are unsure, phone my home phone (number above) at least an hour before the ride start.
