Join us for a quick ride before work.  Because we are not completely crazy, the ride will be cancelled if the temperature falls below 40 degrees or if there is rain. Also, for this ride front and back lights will be required.  Unfortunately, at 5:30 AM, we will not be able to see the breath taking views of Lake Washington. However, there will be ***FREE DONUTS **** for any dedicated and determined soul that joins us. BYOC.

If it is raining or too cold ride leaders will not be at the start of the ride but will post the cancelation for the ride in the Comments block at the latest by 4:45 but most likely the night before based on the weather report.

Terrain indicates the most common or average terrain type of the ride and should be considered relative to the length and overall difficulty of the ride. For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain. Consider the pace and frequency of regroup as well to understand how advanced a ride may be.

  • Mostly flat: Trails and/or mostly flat roads with a possible gentle uphill
  • Rolling: Climbs are short and easy, not too numerous
  • Some hills: A few short, steep hills, some moderate upgrades and/or longer gentle climbs
