Kirkland Marina Ride - steady
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
We'll start in Kirkland at Marina Park and head southward toward the I-90 corridor running largely along the waterfront streets. We'll return inland a bit up Rose Hill and finish with the Kirkland waterfront. This socially oriented ride will be conducted at a Steady pace (on the flats); faster riders and better climbers are welcome, but for them the ride becomes self-paced and self-guided. Riders can ride on their own, in small groups, or with the ride leader. The route is at: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/11042665. The ride leader is slow up any hills we may encounter but will always get there. Riders should have 2 tubes, a pump, and know how to use them. Bathroom available at the start.
Weather, Showers Cancel - The ride leader will not be at the ride start should weather conditions meet that definition or worse (rain, snow, ice). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section at least 2 hours prior to ride start. If you have questions about the weather, please call the phone number listed in the Contact Information, preferably before leaving for the ride.
