This is the classic full Lake Washington Loop starting at Newport Hills Park and Ride. We will be riding counter clockwise around the lake with a stop at at the halfway point for coffee and food. There is no bathroom stop at the start however we will be making a stop at the Newcastle Beach Park one half mile into the ride for a bathroom break. The pace will be high moderate on the flats and slower on the hills. Ride leader mentoring opportunity available.
In case of bad weather, the ride leader will not be at the start. If the ride is cancelled, it will be posted here 2 hours prior to the start time.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
