Event has already happened.
Ride the Chehalis Western Rail trail including the Yelm-Tenino trail. This ride will include a stop at Yelm or Tenino for a bite to eat. The ride is an out and back ride. For those interested, an additional 9 miles north on the trail from the starting point will make this 51 mile ride into a 70 mile ride. The pace will be a high moderate with regroups.
To get to the start, it is recommended that you drive towards Olympia on I-5 and take the Martin Way exit off of I-5 (Exit 109) and turn right as you intersect with Martin Way at the end of the off ramp. Travel west for one block and turn left at the stop light onto College St. S.E. continue for a couple of miles until you come to a roundabout where you will turn right onto 45th Ave. S.E. continue west for 1/2 mile until the street ends in a parking area. There is no restroom at the start.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
