Please note; This is a fun ride on Frager Road along the Green River. This ride is flat with gentle rolling slopes. If you have been thinking about getting started on cycling this is the ride for you.The ride is 26 miles with an elevation of 176 feet, this is as easy as it gets. Please print and bring a cue sheet, map; http://ridewithgps.com/routes/8333384 or GPS if you prefer. You should also bring a cell phone, tire repair kit, spare tube, air pump and know how to use them. This is a friendly moderate pace (14-16 mph). We will stop at Panera Bread in Kent for coffee/ tea and pastry. Please arrive early to prepare your bikes and sign in, we leave promptly at 9AM.
