Join us at the most famous beach in Seattle, Alki Beach, as we wind are way along the shoreline then leisurely climb some of the hills up to expansive viewpoints of Puget Sound, the mountains, and the City. At Lincoln Park, we’ll be close enough to the beach that dodging driftwood may be necessary. Stopping mid-ride at Bakery Nouveau in The Junction is on the itinerary because rewards that inspire the palate can be quite motivating. This ride is about meeting new friends, having good conversations, creating some adventure, and getting exercise. However, you may want to confirm you know how to find your lowest gears. Although the route makes the hills gentle in grade, it nonetheless has more elevation gain than many longer rides. Contact me in advance if you have questions.
