Free Group Ride
Fellowship of the Road #1
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
We've listed the ride as Vigorous but encourage Brisk and Strenuous riders to attend. When riding in a slip stream, Brisk riders can keep up and Strenuous riders can chill and enjoy the rhythm of a well oiled group effort. The emphasis will remain on the group and riding in a cooperative, non-competitive manner.
Depending on turn out we will break up into groups composed of 6-10 riders.
Requirements: Bring two spare tubes, a pump and whatever tools you may need to manage any mishaps you may encounter. Fenders required if there is any chance of rain. Strictly enforced.
Route: This mostly flat loop starts in Maltby and circles the Snohomish River valley, visiting Everett, Snohomish and Monroe, and offers ideal conditions for paceline practice. http://ridewithgps.com/routes/7586799
Ride Start: You must show up early enough to hear the route briefing and safety notes. We will begin the briefing 10 minutes before the start of the ride.
RSVP: We encourage you to RSVP on Meetup (link below) so that we can plan ride leaders appropriately.
