Event has already happened.
This is a variation of a ride that Jim Shedd used to lead and has fantastic views of Puget Sound, Commencement Bay and Tacoma. We start at Russell Road Park and work our way up hills to Dash Point Road and ride to Dash Point and around Brown's Point then on to the BPA trail, Celebration Park in Federal Way and eventually a great downhill to Auburn for lunch. Lunch will be at mile 28 so bring bars etc. After lunch we cruise back to the park on the Green River Road and Green River Trail.
For those who have done the southend CHEW series, you will be familiar with some of these roads and hills.

Please call ride leader if in doubt about the weather as cold, ice etc. will also cancel. I will post a cancellation 2 hours before if possible and will not be at the start if ride is cancelled.
Please arrive in time to prepare for a 10am start.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
