Event has already happened.
This ride takes us on a big loop from Woodinville into Seattle, up the Interurban Trail to Everett, across to Snohomish, then back to Woodinville. Major portions of the ride are either on multiuse trails or on quiet country roads. We will plan on one stop at the Snohomish Bakery at about the 40 mile mark.
Pace: Vigorous (18-20). We will regroup at the top of all hills, but riders who can't keep up with the group pace should be prepared to finish the ride on their own. The route and cue sheets are available on Ride With GPS. The ride includes sections of the Sammammish River Trail and the Interurban Trail, which we will take at the posted speed limit.
Weather: Rain, snow, and ice cancel. Please bring fenders if the roads are wet, even if it isn't raining. Check this website for updates if the weather is questionable.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
