We will ride clockwise around the lake with a quick stop at Coulon for a bathroom break at mile three as there's no facitlities at the start. We'll then head towards Seward Park and ride along the lake to Madison Park where we'll stop at Starbucks for a java fix and pastries (if you desire). We will ride back across Mercer Island. We should be done by 1:00pm. Fenders appreciated if wet weather. Ride leader mentoring opportunity available.
If the ride is canceled due to bad weather, the ride leader will not be at the start. In that case, I will post cancellation two hours prior to the ride start here and on meetup.com. You are welcome to email or call me directly if questionable weather.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
