Event has already happened.
Come join me for an after work ride around Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond. We will start from the South Kirkland Park and Ride (up front near the parking by the bus stops) and climb the new 520 trail extension up to Yarrow Point, loop around Bellevue proper, then back down for a jaunt along Lk Washington Blvd and loop back to the 520 trail via Old Redmond Road and 154th.
We will be riding in the dark with sections of poorly lit trails. Good headlights and tail lights are required to ride. The roads will likely be wet, so full fenders also required.
We do not stop for flats or mechanicals so please have the requisite tools required for any repairs needed.
Ride is posted as steady rain cancels. In the event that weather conditions call for steady rain, the ride leader will not be at the ride start. If it looks likely, the final call will be posted in the comments 2 hours prior to the start of the ride. Please text or email me should weather be questionable.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
