Croissants... Bearclaws... Danish... Isn't this why we ride? We'll head out of Bellevue towards Renton with a quick bathroom stop at Coulon Park (Mile 3) before heading around the lake. Before we get to Seward Park, we'll veer off and ride over to Columbia City for a stop at the bakery. After a short break, we'll head through neighborhoods and make our way to the Mount Baker Tunnel and cross the bridge over to Mercer Island. We'll ride around the south end of the island before heading back to the park and ride. This is a perfect, winter ride. Fenders would be appreciated if wet weather. Ride leader mentoring opportunity available.
In case of bad weather, the ride leader will not be at the start. If the ride is canceled, it will be posted both on the Cascade ride posting and on MEETUP.COM at least two hours prior to ride time.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
