Free Group Ride
Log Boom Park to Silver Lake and Back
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
A beautiful ride around two of Snohomish County's lovely lakes. There is one long climb at about mile 7, then the rest are rolling. We regroup at the tops of hills and where needed.
We will stop at the Silver Lake Safeway deli to get coffee and warm up; bringing snacks is suggested.
If the weather is clear, Silver Lake can be beautiful; so cameras are okay for short photo ops. Not suitable for young children or child carriers.
Riders should be able to sustain the appropriate pace for their selected group, or ride independently. Please come with the skills and equipment to change a flat; the group does not stop for mechanicals. Print contact information clearly on the waiver so that we can reach you in case you become separated.
Please RSVP on meetup.com. if you can. There may not be open restrooms at the start, please plan ahead. Please print your own cue sheets, although I will have some at the start.
FOR WET CONDITIONS, FENDERS REQUIRED. Please come with long fenders including a buddy flap if the roads are wet. Without them, you will be asked to ride in the back of the group.
