Join us on a tour of the Skagit Valley starting in Stanwood and going on to LaConner and Mt Vernon. This is a very flat ride, a perfect opportunity to work on those spinning techniques. There are also ample refreshment opportunities in LaConner and Mt Vernon which we can take full advantage of if we choose. We meet at the Stanwood Amtrak station parking lot, which may or may not have available rest rooms, so plan accordingly; there are public rest rooms in both LaConner and Mt Vernon. Depending on how threatening the weather looks, the ride leader may or may not show up at the starting point so be sure to call if you have any questions about a go/no to decision.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
