Join me and my friends from COGS on a Northern Loop from Lake Forest Park to North Edmonds. This is a hilly route with low traffic roads and some great viewpoints. I will be doing Brisk on the flats yet closer to Moderate on the uphills. Bring food for a couple short snack breaks. Park in the upper parking lot of Lake Forest Park Town Center. If it looks like rain please bring fenders with flaps if you have them. This ride usually takes about 4 hours to complete. Click on the meetup link and let me know if you are interested. Terrain indicates the most common or average terrain type of the ride and should be considered relative to the length and overall difficulty of the ride. For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain. Consider the pace and frequency of regroup as well to understand how advanced a ride may be.

  • Mostly flat: Trails and/or mostly flat roads with a possible gentle uphill
  • Rolling: Climbs are short and easy, not too numerous
