Saddletime I Lake Wilderness
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
I almost always ride from home for this series. If you live in the northend of Seattle, East Montlake Park is easy to ride to. East Montlake Park is just south and east of the Montlake Bridge. If you are riding we will meet behind the old MOHAI. If you are driving you get to it off of Lake Washington Blvd on the 24th St bridge over 520. Sunrise is at 7:26 AM, Sunset at 4:26 so lights are required. I plan to be at the start by 6:20. The Huskies are out of town. We will pick up additional riders at Bicentennial Park. The Lake Wilderness Loop includes Tiger Mtn Rd, Lake Morton, Lake Moneysmith and a finish on the Green River Trail. Besides stopping at Bicentennial Park, we will stop at the Tiger Mtn store, the Subway or QFC at Lake Wilderness and Isaac Evans Pk or a convenience store in Auburn. I expect to be back at Montlake before 5:00 PM. We stop for flats, etc. We will leave promptly at 6:30 AM. Maps and cue sheets are on the web site: https://sites.google.com/site/saddletimeseattle/home
