Woodland Park - Edmonds - Lynnwood Loop

Hoping to get out one more time before the wintry mix? Join us for a 40-mile loop ride from Woodland Park to Edmonds and Lynnwood with return via Lake Forest Park.

Let's meet at the Woodland Park lower parking lot along Green Lake Way, adjacent to the soccer fields, and please be ready to ride at 1000. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. 

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together as best we can. We'll also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH).

Portable restrooms available at the start, but no water. We will stop about halfway at mile 19 for restrooms and water. Enjoy a coffee and treat at the Honey Bear Cafe at mile 30.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is canceled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
