Biography:

Cascade Ride Leader since 2013. Free Group Rides Committee Chair since 2019. Life-long bicycle commuter. Adventure Cycling Association tour leader since 2020. MS in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from University of Washington 2017. Retired US Navy submarine commander. I'm a fan of vehicular cycling, but a believer in Safe Streets and Neighborhood Greenways. Always yield to pedestrians, and never miss a bakery.
