Biography: 
Staying healthy over the years is one of the most rewarding pursuits I have engaged in. Bike riding is my best cardio piece of that pursuit. My current goals are to lose 15 pounds to get to my target weight of 220 pounds and I am also working on getting myself to be able to ride at the BRISK pace comfortably. For me to up my level to BRISK I need to get better at the hills . . . I am seeing progress . . . but any tips are welcome.
