New this year, in lieu of a ride souvenir, we're giving a portion of ride revenue to Duwamish Tribal Services. Duwamish Tribal Services, is a 501[c]3 organization established in 1983 by the Duwamish Tribal Council to promote the social, cultural, and economic survival of the Duwamish Tribe. All our riders have been invited to visit the Duwamish Longhouse from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm to learn about the history and culture of the Duwamish. You can also read about the Tribe's history and current activities here.
The Cascade Bicycle Club would like to acknowledge that we are on the traditional land of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People past and present, and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe.
