Please note: Riders under the age of 21 are not permitted into the wine gardens, but can access all tasting rooms, snacks, and water at each rest stop.

Ride Details

Enjoy a leisurely paced wine-tasting bike ride on a fully supported 16-mile or 25.7-mile route. Riders travel along the Sammamish River Trail and low-traffic roads through East King County to explore Woodinville and its surrounding communities. You will find tickets on your rider bib that can be redeemed for three 2 oz. wine pours at the rest stops, and one full pour at the finish line, along with snacks.

Rider Packets

All rider packets will be mailed to participants in advance and will include a rider bib number, route map, and tickets for three wine samples and one full sized pour.

Packet Mailing
  • Packets will be mailed ahead of time.
  • Check that your mailing address is listed correctly on your online account to avoid any delays
  • If your packet has not arrived by event day, please check in at the start line. We will look up your registration and get you a replacement no problem.

Parking

  • There is some parking available in the start line lot. Spots will be available on a first come, first serve basis. 
  • Plenty of parking is available within a half-mile from the start line, off of Woodinville-Redmond Rd.

Packet Pickup

  • There is no day-of-ride registration. You must register in advance.
  • Lost and late packets can be picked up at the green Cascade tent.
  • Bring your state-issued photo ID to show you are 21+ and receive a wristband; a wristband will be required for entry into wine tasting areas.

  • Redeem two wine sample tickets (included in registration) for a wine tasting courtesy of partner wineries.
  • Wine bottles will be available for purchase Wine will be delivered to the finish line tent by 2:00 pm. Purchased bottled must be consumed off-site. 

Cougar Crest Winery

  • Redeem your one wine sample ticket (included in registration) for a wine tasting courtesy of a partner winery.

  • Bottles will be available for purchase with complimentary transportation to the finish line by 2:00 p.m. provided.

  • 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. Finish line open
  • Enjoy a full pour of wine (included in registration).
  • Nosh on your finisher snack! (included in registration)  

Bottles purchased by riders and shuttled by Cascade will be available for pickup at 2 p.m. from the finish line.

Food & Drink

You will find tickets on your rider bib that can be redeemed for three 2 oz. wine pours at the rest stops, and one full pour at the finish line. Soft drinks will be available at the rest stops and at the Cascade finish line tent if you would prefer a non-alcohol option. Do not lose these tickets, as they are not replaceable. In addition, we will have complimentary snacks the Junction rest stop. Meals will be available for purchase at the finish line.
