**Please Note: Riders under the age of 21 are not permitted into the wine gardens, but can access all tasting rooms, snacks and water at each rest stop.
RIDER PACKETS
Packet Mailing
- Registration purchase on or before September 2 will include FREE packet mailing.
- If you purchase registration after September 2, your packet will be available for pick-up on the morning of the ride at the start line.
- Check that your mailing address is listed correctly on your online account to avoid any delays
- If your packet has not arrived by event day, please check-in at the start line, we will look up your registration and get you a replacement no problem.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are available for Woodinville Wine Ride registration. To request scholarship aid, please click here and complete the form. Scholarship application closes Wednesday, September 2, 2020.

Parking
- There is some parking available in the start line lot. Spots will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Plenty of parking is available within a half-mile from the start line, off of Woodinville-Redmond Rd.
Day-of-Ride Registration, and paper forms
- Look for the green Cascade tent at the start line.
- Day-of-ride registration includes a $10 surcharge over the online (13+) registration price.
- Pre-registered riders may pick up their rider packets on the day of the event
- Bring your state-issued photo ID to show you are 21+ and receive a wristband; a wristband will be required for entry into wine tasting areas.

- Mechanical support will be available
- Redeem your two wine sample tickets (included in registration) for a wine tasting courtesy of Armstrong Family Winery, Beaumont Cellars, Gard Vintners and Sol Stone Winery.
- Wine bottles will be available for purchase, complimentary transportation to the finish line. Wine will be delivered to the finish line tent by 2:00 pm. Purchased bottled must be consumed off-site.

FINISH LINE

- Enjoy a full pour of wine (included in registration) courtesy of The Woodhouse Wine Estates.
- Nosh on your finisher snack! (included in registration)
- Local food trucks will be available with food for purchase for those who would like a larger meal.
- Kick back and enjoy live music. Friends and family are welcome (and encouraged) to join!
FOOD & DRINK
You will find tickets on your rider bib that can be redeemed for three 2 oz. wine pours at the rest stops: 2 at the Junction, 1 for Cougar Crest, and 1 full pour at the finish line. Soft drinks will be available at the rest stops and at the Cascade finish line tent if you would prefer a non-alcohol option. Do not lose these tickets, as they are not replaceable. In addition, we will have complimentary snacks at the rest stops. Meals will be available for purchase at the finish line.
Bicycle Rentals
If you or someone you know would like to participate in our rides, but need an adaptive bike or tricycle, Outdoors for All offers trikes, bikes, and handcycles that allow people of any ability to ride a bike! Here is a link to their website or contact rentals@outdoorsforall.org for more info.
