Seattle Center Exposition Hall

The 2022 Seattle Bike Swap returns to Seattle Center Exhibition Hall, on Sunday, Feb. 13. Seattle Center is easy to access by public transportation but also has ample garage parking. Vendors are encouraged to find parking on nearby streets.

Vendor Registration

Online vendor registration opens on Tuesday Nov. 9, 2021 at 10 a.m. 

You may request a specific booth but they will be assigned by Cascade on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited, so book early.  Each booth comes with two vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $10 each. If you need an 8-foot table, they can be reserved in advance at a cost of $15 each.  Passes and load-in details will be mailed out two weeks prior to the swap, so please provide a current mailing address when registering. 

Single booth $80 November 9, 2021 at 10 a.m.
Additional booths $70 each November 9, 2021 at 10 a.m.
Vendor pass $10 each November 9, 2021 at 10 a.m.
Rental tables $15 each November 9, 2021 at 10 a.m.

COVID-19 Guidelines

As of October 2021: Proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the event will be required on entry.

Bring a mask that covers your mouth and nose and wear it properly while indoors. King County Department of Health highly recommends getting fully vaccinated. Thanks for doing all you can to help stop the spread.

Vendors, help stop bike theft! We strongly encourage you to pre-register the bikes and frames you’ll be selling at the Seattle Bike Swap on Bike Index. At the point of sale, please transfer the registration to the purchaser.
