The 2023 Seattle Bike Swap returns to Seattle Center Exhibition Hall, on Saturday, Feb. 11. Seattle Center is easy to access by public transportation, but also has ample garage parking. Vendors are encouraged to find parking on nearby streets.

Vendor Registration
Online vendor registration opens on December 6, 2022 at 10 a.m. and closes February 9 at 11:59 p.m., the Thursday before the event.
You may request a specific booth but they will be assigned by Cascade on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited, so book early. Each booth comes with two vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $10 each. If you need an 8-foot table, they can be reserved in advance at a cost of $15 each (day of event tables are $20). Passes and load-in details will be mailed out two weeks prior to the swap, so please provide a current mailing address when registering.
