Donation Levels
The Major Tayor Project is a free after-school program for our community youth. You have the opportunity to go the extra mile and further support the great work of the Major Taylor Project. Your additional add-on donation will go directly to the Education Department to support this program. You can make your donation during the registration process or after by accessing the buy add-ons link tied to your online account/registration. Thank you for all your support!
- $750 - Fund the purchase of a new bicycle for a school fleet
- $300 - Support the "Build a Bike" program for one student
- $150 - Fund an MTP student to ride the Seattle to Portland (STP) ride
- $40 - Provide a three-week supply of snack/bars at one school
- $20 - Provide a helmet for one student
- $10 - Provide a water bottle for one student
Rider Packets
Packet Mailing
- All packets will be mailed.
- Check that your mailing address is listed correctly on your online account to avoid any delays
- If your packet has not arrived by event day, please check in at the start line. We will look up your registration and get you a replacement.

Finish Line
Finisher prizes includes a choice between a Major Taylor T-shirts or a limited run of Major Taylor sling backpacks.
Enjoy a meal of either a bánh mì (veggie) or Ezell's Famous Chicken at the finish line.
Ferry Schedules
Point Defiance to Tahlequah (Tacoma to Vashon Island)
Riders should plan to board one of these four ferries. Your bib number is your ticket. Check in with a volunteer at the rest stop and you'll be swiped through the toll both. Boarding outside of these times may mean you'll pay a fee per rider and per bicycle.

Vashon to Fauntleroy (West Seattle)
There is no charge for riders or their bicycles when traveling in this direction.
Departs roughly every 20-30 minutes.
