Essential Biking Knowledge
When:
Wed. Jun 7, 2023 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Course Description
This interactive presentation over zoom is the first step for being a confident and prepared bike rider. This course is a prerequisite for our on-bike group classes (both Basic and Urban Cycling Techniques) but is also informative taken on it’s own.
This class is excellent for both beginner and intermediate riders as we will be covering some of the basics that are often overlooked (how often should you replace your helmet) to some more nuanced road riding techniques (how to safely make a left-hand turn on a multi-lane intersection).
Information about how to join the zoom will be sent out at least one day in advance of the class.
