This weeks ride takes us out the the Snohomish valley, with farm land, long flat's and rollers once we get there. BUT, we have to work to get there.
Ride #4 of the series, adds 5 miles and 400 fee of climbing over last week. There will be 20 minute lunch break at Hagen's where you can grab a quick bite to eat or relax and what you brought and use the restrooms. There is no place to fill water bottles, so be prepared to purchase water if you need it.
We start at the Woodinville park and ride. There are no restrooms at the start, but we make our 1st stop at Wilmot Gateway Park at mile 1.2. Then we make our way out toward Redmond where we start our 1st set of climbs at mile 6. Once we get over this set of hills, we get a lovely down hill as our rewards, and the valley flats and rollers. Our next restroom stop is at mile 27, Lake Tye Park in Monroe, then we continue with our rollers until mile 36 and a lunch stop at the Hagen's in Snohomish. Expect to stay NO more the 20 minutes. At mile 40 up we go again, with some great views as we climb ou to the valley. We some ups and down until mile 52 where we get to finish off with some great descants that take us into the finish.
Watch the Facebook page for a potential Apres-Velo lunch/drinks, consider joining riders and leaders to socialize and relax after the ride.

seeking other riders for catch up rides
Hi gang,
I am looking for anyone interested in a long-ish hilly ride Tues, Wed, or Thu evening this week to try and not lose too much training progress.
I don't have any fellow riders' contact info. I'm hoping this works.

you can try looking at the
you can try looking at the FGR calender. There evening rides in Lynnwood on Thursdays, Sixty Acers Park on Wednesdays. Just were they are located means they are likely hillis rides. - Good luck Pidgie
