Come and join me Sunday for a Steady paced wander up the Green River valley. We'll enjoy a flat ride at 12-14 mph along the course of the river through North Auburn and into Kent. We'll meet in the northwest lot of the Auburn Fred Meyer store, on the south side of NE 10th St. We'll roll north until we reach the river just into Kent, and then follow the Green River downstream along quiet roads and the Green River Trail. A short section of the Interurban Trail will get us back to the river, and we'll follow it back into Auburn.

There will be a short restroom stop at the mid-point, Three Friends Fishing Hole Park. Make sure that you bring water and a bar or other snack; you can refill water bottles at Three Friends if needed. Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.

See you Sunday!
