Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Happy Riders We are riding to The Station coffee house or the Depsi Delite Bakery in Beacon hill (You can go to either) for some morning coffee and pastry. We start out at Burnett Linear park then head to Seattle via the West Seattle bridge and Seattle waterfront, eventually climbing up to Beacon hill for our coffee or pastry before dropping back onto Rainier. Come out and enjoy a little exercise, some pastry or coffee and a lot of fun. New riders welcome! What are you waiting for?

If weather conditions meet the Steady Rain Cancels criteria, I will post a ride-canceled notice in Comments, below, two hours prior and not go to the start. Please check here before leaving for the ride.
