  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Let's go for lunch in Edmonds. Ride through U of W campus, visit Hamlin Park, lunch in Edmonds and return via Woodway and Interurban Trail. We will visit the neighborhood of Woodway on the return route to Gas Works.  A route map and cue sheet will be available at the start point.

Please arrive at the start by 9:45 am to prepare your bike, listen to the safety briefing and depart promptly at 10:00 am.

You are encouraged to preregister by clicking the red "Register Now" button above.  There is no need to un Register if you decide not to ride.

As of 25 March, Cascade Bicycle Club and the Rides Committee have decided to suspend Free Group Rides until further notice. This decision has been made with the safety and health of our riders in mind.
