Join us for a ride from Kirkland around the north end of the lake, on a 40 mile route at a Steady, 12-14 mph pace. Tandems are welcome, we may bring ours. Our pace going up the hills will be quite a bit more leisurely.

Saints and Sinners is a ride designed for either saints getting out of services or sinners recovering from the day before. Long time Cascade members may remember this ride name, it's time to resurrect the name. I'm hopeful that the later start gives us at least a chance that any frost will melt off before we ride.

Let's meet at the Juanita Beach Park at 10:50 am for our pre-ride safety briefing, with a departure at 11am.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to regroup frequently.

Restrooms are available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water at mile 20.  We’ll also stop for coffee/snacks in Leschi at mile 20.

You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to unregister if you decide not to ride.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.

We hope you can join us!

Comments

They are remodeling the bathhouse at the park, I was hoping there was a sani-can, but I didn't see one when I drove over there tonight. There is still plenty of parking for us.

Let's hope for decent weather!!
