- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This is a Women's Ride. We are an inclusive, encouraging, positive group that welcomes all self-identifying women to experience the fun of riding your bike in the company of other like-minded women. We invite you to experience the fun of group riding while meeting new friends, getting in some exercise and good conversation. Whether you are a seasoned rider or it’s your first group ride, we welcome you and would love to have you join us!
Wednesday, February 5th is National Girls & Women In Sports Day. This day celebrates the importance of equal opportunity for all girls and women in sports so let's join together and "ride like a girl"! This route will start in Mountlake Terrace at the Evergreen Playfield Complex. We will gather near the restroom building located on 56th Ave W. We will head to Richmond Beach to take in the view then head to Edmonds to see more of our local beauty along the waterfront. The route has us meandering through Meadowdale before making our way back to the start.
RSVP & ARRIVAL TIME: Please RSVP by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page to save time at the ride start. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ride start to prepare yourself and your bike, sign the waiver, and be ready for the safety briefing.
PACE/ELEVATION: The listed pace is based on the flats, with no headwind/tailwind, and at your own pace up hills. We will wait at the top of climbs to give all riders a chance to catch a breath before continuing as a group. We are a group who encourages and empowers one another to achieve our personal goals. When using designated bicycle trails we will observe the posted speed limit.
PARKING/RESTROOMS: Plenty of parking available on-street as well as in the parking lot. The restrooms are closed for the winter season.
PLANNED STOPS: There are no planned stops. Please bring ample hydration and additional nutrition with you, as necessary.
MECHANICALS: Group will stop for flats. Bring tools and knowledge to repair flats, and a plan (ie: Orca card or a friend/Uber to call) if you have a more serious mechanical failure or choose to not repair your flat roadside.
RECOMMENDED/REQUIRED: Helmets are required. Head and tail lights recommended for safety. Mirrors are highly recommended by the ride leader to keep yourself and your riding buddies safe and seen. For the safety and comfort of yourself and your fellow riders, fenders with long buddy flaps are appreciated if roads are damp or rain is in the forecast. If you are spraying other riders you will be asked to ride in the back of the group.
RIDE CANCELLATION: In the event of a weather cancellation, notice will be posted in the comments on this page at least two hours before the ride start, and the ride leader will not be at the ride start location.
