  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Meet at 60 Acres Park East Lot.

We will climb up to Rose Hill prior to heading south through neighborhoods, a portion of the 520 Trail and 164 Ave NE. After a steep downhill, we will continue on W Lk Sammamish Pkwy SE to the PCC in Issaquah for a coffee/snack break. Return will be via E Lk Sammamish trail/Pkwy  to Marymoor Park and the Sammamish River trail.  

Please arrive at 9:45 am and be ready to ride at 10 am.

Showers/snow/or ice on roadway will cancel this ride. Notification of a cancellation will be given two hours prior to start of ride in comments section of this page. If you register for this ride you will also be notified by email.  Ride leader will not be at start if ride is canceled.

Shoulders are covered with snow and debris on top of Rose Hill. We will take trail and W Lake Sammamish Pkwy to Issaquah .
