This route has lots of rural roads, a few twists and turns and some climbing to stay warm. Start at Bear Creek Park & Ride in Redmond, plenty of parking (no restrooms available). Cycle up to Redmond Ridge to Snoqualmie Valley, around the Red Barn, climb to Redmond Ridge again then descend back to the start. Be prepared for winter conditions. The ride leader reserves the right to modify the route before or during the ride dependent upon wet weather conditions. The pace is vigorous 18-20 mph including fast hill climbing.

Restrooms NOT available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water at 26 miles. You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to unregister if you decide not to ride.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.

We hope you can join us!

Comments

7:30 AM It is raining and hailing very hard in Redmond with the radar forecast showing similar conditions for the area and duration of the ride. A few of the roads on the route in Snoqualmie valley near the Red Barn are also likely flooded. Therefore, the ride is CANCELED.
