- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Liquid Lunch? Look, we're surrounded by water. There's no excuse for not having a water view while enjoying lunch, right? And this Sunday, let's make that lunch Asian Fusion at Marination.
We'll meet at Hogan Park in downtown Kent, then ride the Green River Trail up to South Park. Back streets and West Marginal will get us to West Seattle, and Harbor Ave takes us to Marination. We can enjoy the Seattle skyline view over lunch, and then we'll head back out to Kent. This is a very flat 44 mile route, and we'll stay together at a Moderate pace.
You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to unregister if you decide not to ride.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
The weather forecast for Sunday looks dry but chilly. The later start should let the route thaw out, but if conditions are icy, we'll cancel in the interest of safety.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
