- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

For those in Seattle looking for a little road action after work i have just the ticket. It’s even CX friendly, as you don’t have to work for very long. 16 miles and 1400’ in addition to your regular commute.
We’ll do a loop around Magnolia, and a loop around Queen Anne. We avoid the really big hills, busy streets, and terrible roads. Don’t worry, this will pack a bunch of manageable efforts into a compressed workout. Perfect for CX; perfect for busy people with someplace to be. I’d like to make this a regular ride if there’s interest.

Quick note: the pace will be “vigorous” which is 18-20 on the flats (which there are not many of). I will likely be on a singlespeed so my pacing may be different than what some are used to. It’s all part of the fun.
