Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

We start on the Sammamish River Trail, then climb over Hollywood Hill to Paradise Lake, Maltby, Monroe, the Woods Creek drainage, and Snohomish. Return via Broadway, Maltby, and Bostian Road. Please be ready to ride 15 minutes before start time so we can have the safety talk and get on the road.

No formal lunch stop, so carry road food to eat along the way. Restrooms and water at the start, and at Starbucks/Mile 27.9; Machias/Mile 49.3; and Maltby Community Park/Mile 62.7.

A Ride With GPS route map with cue sheet is at the link. If you want a cue sheet, please print it. Bring spare tube, tools, patch kit, and skills to fix flats, and have a phone and a plan for rescue if your bike fails. If roads are wet, roostertails from bare tires are a safety issue for other riders. Fenders with long mudflaps show that you care.
