Just getting into, or back into, bicycling?  Want to ride with others on a route with no navigation challenges?  This is a flat mid-morning ride on the paved and gravel East Lake Sammamish Trail, from the NE 70th St Trailhead behind Peets and Whole Foods in Redmond, to Issaquah.  The surface is asphalt or packed gravel and is suitable for most bikes.  Please note that there is a construction zone on the Trail just a bit over halfway to Issaquah, and we will cover that distance by riding on the wide shoulder of East Lake Sammamish Parkway.

No special bike equipment or clothing is needed.  Just bring a helmet and a bicycle in good working order.  This is an out-and-back ride, so if thngs don't work out the return route is a snap--you just turn around and ride to where we started.  We'll pedal the Trail at a steady pace through the trees and along the Lake to Issaquah.  When the Trail ends at Gilman Blvd we'll cross onto Juniper Street and continue to the Issaquah Coffee Company for a rest stop.  Then we'll return the way we came.  No rush, no fuss.  And maybe pie in the middle.

There are bathrooms at the start.  A route map and cue sheet are the link, below.  Please RSVP for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page.  It'll make things go quicker at the start.  Note that the on-line RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account, which is easy to set up, but if you don't want one of those just come anyway and sign the hard-copy attendance sheet.  What's important is showing up and riding.

The listed phone number will not be answered on the morning of the ride.  SPECIAL NOTE:  I will not be at the ride start if weather conditions make it obvious that we will not ride. I will announce the cancellation in the Comments section below, not later than 2 hours prior.  If the weather looks iffy, be sure to check here before leaving home.

Oh, I remember this ride! I was at college and even missed all my classes that day. I was on my last year of study, and I was thinking of entering the university during all the East Lk Sammamish Trail to Issaquah. That was desicion-making trip because I now I study at NE University. I often ask

https://assignmentbro.com/uk/university-assignment-help for help as study is not an easy but I really like.
