Presentation Series - Bike Yoga

If you mean to add stretching to your bike routine, but just can’t find time (or motivation), this presentation is for you!  Join physical therapist and yoga instructor, Kari Studley, to learn and practice basic stretches that can be incorporated into your ride.  She will also lead a simple stretch routine you can do standing next to your bike (or in the porta-potty line at Cascade ride events like STP).  This presentation will be interactive, so be prepared to stretch and reserve your spot early in this unique class as space is limited.

We will provide a trainer to mount your bike on, and your registration includes one post-yoga beverage & snacks.

Come prepared with your bike, comfortable clothes, and your willingness to learn!
