- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

A flat ride from Regal Cinemas in Auburn to Tukwila. We will take the Interurban and Green River Trails to and from Tukwila. RWGPS Route and CUE sheet at link below.
We will meet at the Auburn Regal Cinema north end parking lot next to Walmart in the Outlet Mall. Bathrooms are available at Walmart.
There are no planned stops except for Porta Potty on trail if necessary.
The pace of this ride is Brisk, 16-18mph on level ground with no wind. If we have a headwind, the pace may be lower, if we have a tailwind, the pace may be higher. The plan is to ride at the LOW end of the pace.
Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to ready your bike, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the Cascade SMART Safety talk.
If ride is cancelled due to weather it will be posted here in comments by 4:00pm and ride leader will not be waiting at the start.
FYI, It will be DARK on the second half of the ride.
Headlight and Taillight required. Make sure they are charged up or have fresh batteries.
Come prepared to fix flats and have a plan for dealing with mechanical issues. Generally the group will not wait for flats/mechanical issues so make sure you know the route or have printed a CUE sheet from link below.
Please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page, click the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. If you are unable to attend you do not need to "un-register."

Is any riding competition coming soon? Because I want to be a part of this riding but after complete my diploma which i started before sometimes and this time I am in level 3. I have decide this after completing diploma because teacher give me cipd assignment writing work on daily basis and I have to do it on time to get good marks and that's the reason i don't have much free time to do any activity.
