KEEPING RIDERS SAFE
- Advance registration required for all participants. If you decide not to ride, please click Cancel My Registration below to open space for others. (How to cancel)
- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Summer cycling rolls on! We will ride out of Celebration Park to scenic rolling hills and water views. Cruise out to Puyallup, before turning north. Wind back through Milton, climb Fife Heights. Pedal around Northshore area and back to celebration Park. If you are new rider to Cascade Free Group Rides, we welcome you!

Please arrive early enough to sign the ride waiver, hear the route details, and review Cascade's riding S.M.A.R.T safety talk.
The pace is Brisk, 16-18 mph, on flat roads with no headwinds. We will regroup at top of hills.
Please print out the cue sheet for this ride and bring all necessary tools & tubes to handle any flats, etc. Bring adequate food and water as there may be limited opportunities to purchase any along the way. There are restrooms at the start. Long fenders and buddy flaps are absolutely required unless it is bone dry out, and zero percent chance of rain in the forecast.
