Lake City Group Rides

These will be casual “conversation-paced” rides through the North Seattle area leaving from Lake City. The distance will be approximately 15 miles and the group will stay together through the ride. All ages and ability levels are welcome to attend. The rides will be led by Bart Hawkinson, a physical therapist and bike racer.

• Talk about training, injury prevention and recovery 
• Discuss bike fit and cycling skills 
• Just come ride for the fun of it
