KEEPING RIDERS SAFE
- Advance registration required for all participants. If you decide not to ride, please click Cancel My Registration below to open space for others. (How to cancel)
- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

EAstside Ride The Hill DREAM rides are focused on developing stronger riders by training on hills or using intervals (or both :). This week we are planning a challenging 100 mile route with over 6000 feet of climbing that takes us across Mercer Island to Alki, along the West Seattle waterfront, along the waterfront in Des Moines, down to Fife, and back.
We will regroup at the top of all hills, and at major turns. An effort will be made to accommodate people with a range of abilities, but riders who are significantly off the group pace should come prepared to finish the ride on their own.
Showers cancel. Check this website for weather updates if the weather looks iffy. Please bring fenders if the roads are wet. If the ride is cancelled the ride leader will post a notice in the comments section below at least two hours in advance. If that happens the ride leader will not be at the start.
