Please join us for this classic clockwise loop around Lake Washington, which has rolling hills, a few good climbs and beautiful views. We'll start at Log Boom Park with some good climbs going to and at the east side of the lake, then we have some fun rolling hills on the way to Renton and head north to the west side of the lake. Then we'll conclude the ride by passing the UW and return to Log Boom Park. Please bring enough food and water for the ride.
Riders should bring a spare tube, tools and the know-how to fix a flat. Please arrive at the start 15 minutes prior to the starting time for the safety briefing so we can roll promptly at 9:00 am. Restrooms are available at the park.
The ride leader will not be at the ride start should inclement weather and/or unsafe road conditions meet the definition for cancellation (steady rain). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section below at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start. If you have questions about the weather, please call 206-817-7464, preferably before you leave for the ride.
