Fred Hutch Obliteride

Obliteride is maniacally focused on FUNding cancer research at Fred Hutch and ultimately, ending cancer. We ride together annually, focusing on possibilities, embracing our fears and celebrating discovery. It’s fun, focused and full of energy!

Riders are treated to a first-class event including fun parties, rest stops every 12-18 miles, live entertainment and fantastic food from Tom Douglas Catering. To be part of this exciting event the weekend of Aug. 12-14, 2016, sign up to ride 10-165 miles or volunteer at www.obliteride.org.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE

FRIDAY, AUG. 12 GAS WORKS PARK KICKOFF PARTY

Celebrate at Gas Works Park with Tom Douglas Catering and Events, Elysian Brewing, Snoqualmie Vineyards & live entertainment.

SATURDAY, AUG. 13 TACOMA RIDES

Start at Fred Hutch's campus in South Lake Union, take the ferry to Bainbridge Island and ride 85 or 100 miles to Tacoma, celebrate and shuttle home. Or, stay the night and clip in for a stunning ride home on Sunday.

SUNDAY, AUG. 14 RIDE & CLOSING CELEBRATION

Two-day riders start in Tacoma and 10-, 25- and 50-mile riders start at Fred Hutch's campus in South Lake Union and ride to a Finish Line celebration at Gas Work Park – more music, food and fun.
