EAstside Ride The Hill DREAM rides are focused on developing stronger riders by training on hills or using intervals (or both :). This week's ride is slightly shorter than last week to allow our legs a little recovery time. I am posting this ride at a strenuous pace because it includes some long flat stretches where we can pick up the pace. We may break into two groups if we don't naturally stay together. Our route is mostly on rural roads in the Snohomish/Sultan/Monroe/Duvall area.
We will have two stops on this ride:
Machias Trailhead Park, and Lewis Street Park in Monroe. Be sure to bring enough food for the ride because we are not planning on stopping at a store along the way.
We will regroup at the top of all hills, and at major turns. An effort will be made to accommodate people with a range of abilities, but riders who are significantly off the group pace should come prepared to finish the ride on their own.
GPS routes and cue sheets are available through the Ride With GPS link below.
